Questions
What happens when I hit a limit?
The action is stopped with a clear message — nothing you already created is ever deleted or hidden. On Free, upgrading to Plus lifts the limit immediately; you can also free up room by deleting things (and emptying the trash), removing members, or revoking pending invitations.
Why does Plus have limits at all?
We publish real numbers instead of an asterisked “unlimited.” The Plus ceilings are far beyond normal use — they exist to keep the service fast and fairly priced for everyone, not to nickel-and-dime you.
What happens if I downgrade from Plus?
Your data stays. Workspaces over the Free limits become read-only until you upgrade again or trim down (e.g. fewer than the Free cap of workspaces and members). Nothing is deleted automatically.
How is the daily write limit counted?
Each created or edited thing counts once toward a per-day total that resets at midnight UTC. Reordering, moving, trashing, and reactions don't count.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plus is a monthly subscription managed through Stripe — cancel from the billing page and you keep Plus until the end of the paid period.
