1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Everythings ("Everythings", "we", "us") on the web or mobile, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Everythings is a collaborative workspace application that lets you organize notes, ideas, projects, and lists into hierarchical "things" inside shareable workspaces, react with marks (emoji reactions), and leave comments. Workspaces can be shared with other users via invitation.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You may create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately at support@everythings.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Everythings for any unlawful purpose or to store or share illegal content
• Abuse the workspace invitation system, e.g. to spam or harass others
• Attempt to bypass access controls or gain unauthorized access to another user's workspaces, things, or account data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the workspaces, things, comments, and files you create or upload ("your content"). By submitting content to Everythings, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display it solely as needed to operate the service and to the collaborators you explicitly invite to a shared workspace. You are solely responsible for your content and for having the rights to share it.

6. Our intellectual property

The Everythings name, logo, and underlying software are owned by us and are not licensed to you under these terms, other than the limited right to use the service as intended.

7. Termination

You may stop using Everythings and request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at support@everythings.app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers

Everythings is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everythings and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of Everythings after a change means you accept the updated terms.
